Krokki Farm Participation Rules

These rules are a public offer by M. S. Birkin, self-employed individual (payer of the Russian professional income tax), Russian Taxpayer ID (INN) 481501685310 (hereinafter the Operator) and set out the terms of participation in the Krokki Farm programme (hereinafter the Programme), in which a user of the Krokki service (hereinafter the Participant) provides the computing resources of their computer to process requests to artificial intelligence models. The Programme is in early access and opens to participants gradually.
1. Acceptance
1.1. These rules are accepted by turning on "Share my GPU" in the Krokki app. The Participant may turn it off at any time, which ends participation.
1.2. A Participant must have full legal capacity, be at least 18, have a Krokki account and the right to use the computer on which sharing is turned on.
2. What the Participant does
2.1. The Krokki app on the Participant's computer checks the hardware, downloads or finds on the computer a model from the Operator's catalogue, runs it and completes network tasks: it receives the request text and returns the model's answer. The app does not access the Participant's files, does not run third-party programs and does not open network ports.
2.2. Sharing pauses automatically under the rules chosen by the Participant in the settings (battery power, GPU load from other programs, computer use) and manually.
2.3. Electricity, internet access and equipment wear are at the Participant's expense. Estimates on the Operator's website are for reference only.
3. Prohibitions
The Participant must not read, store, copy or disclose requests and answers passing through the computer; modify the app, the model or the answers, substitute results or earn points without completing tasks; turn on sharing on someone else's equipment without the owner's consent; or use the Programme contrary to the laws of the Russian Federation.
4. Points
4.1. For each successfully completed task the Participant earns points based on the number of tokens processed and the model size. Records of points are available in the Krokki app.
4.2. Points are not money, electronic money or digital currency, cannot be withdrawn or transferred. Points are used as a discount on Krokki services (subscription, tokens) at the rate the Operator publishes on krokki.com; no exchange takes place until the rate is published.
4.3. The Operator may withhold or cancel points earned in breach of sections 3 and 5, including failure of control tasks.
5. Quality control
The network sends the Participant's computer control tasks with known answers and keeps a reliability score. For wrong answers, frequent failures or breaches of the prohibitions, the Operator may disconnect the computer from the Programme temporarily or permanently.
6. Cash payments
Cash remuneration may be provided under a separate agreement, only with Participants registered as professional income taxpayers or individual entrepreneurs, once the Operator publishes it. Until then participation is rewarded with points only.
7. Liability
7.1. The Programme is provided as is. The Operator does not guarantee a constant supply of tasks or a specific number of points and is not liable for equipment wear or the Participant's expenses, except where the law expressly provides otherwise.
7.2. The Participant is liable for breaches of section 3, including to the Operator for losses caused by disclosing requests.
8. Personal data
Information about the Participant's computer, the task log and points are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
The Operator may change these rules by publishing a new version on this page at least 10 days before it takes effect. Continued participation after that means acceptance of the new version.
